I’m a Wellness Designer, Educator, Author & Illustrator, Certified Ergonomic Office Evaluator and a passionate advocate for sustainability and intentional living.

My mission is to help you reconnect with nature—both at home and in the workplace. Through my children’s book, My First ABC Book of Houseplants, I guide families in introducing little ones to the basics of plant care. The book encourages early environmental awareness, fosters a love for nature, and helps cultivate foundational skills for a thriving home garden.

Whether I’m designing a wellness-focused workspace or leading a hands-on planting workshop, my mission remains the same: to inspire mindful living through nature, creativity, and purposefully designed environments.

I love being able to show my son the wonderful plant illustrations and tell him about their care. For some plants, if I have them, I also point those out to him - I think it’s a great way to teach him about connecting real-life objects with images in a book.

What a sweet book to add to our little ones book collection. The colours in this book are so gentle and relaxing. The illustration is stunning. You can tell this book was done with such thought and care. Children's Green Thumb Workshop!

This hands-on workshop invites children to discover the fascinating world of houseplants through storytelling, exploration, and creativity. After storytime and a brief introduction to how plants reproduce, children will decorate a glass jar and place a cutting inside to observe how roots form over time. Blending science, creativity, and care, this is a fun learning experience for budding plant lovers. For ages 6 to 10 years old.
